The first part is the presentation to the County Commission on June 29, 2016 and the second part is the day itself - from 3:00-8:00 p.m. that included interviews with Sundie Casto from Richwood High School, Marshall Lowery, John Provins, and Becky Wade, Band Booster Volunteer.
