Llewellyn Portal is the site where the 44th Memorial Service of the Farmington Mine Disaster Event takes place. Complete coverage is offered. Speakers include Delegate Mike Caputo, International District 31 Vice President, Cecil Roberts, International President of United Mine Workers, singer Sharon Clelland, poet , and many persons and organizations laying wreaths at the monument.

Humane Society volunteers Cathy Reed-Vanetta, Don Downs, and Kayla are interviewed as well as those who selected animals, Kaylee Janes and Judy Keplinger. Finally, two shoppers Alicia Greathouse and Vanessa Corley are interviewed.

Rev. SIOBHÁN PATTERSON presented her final sermon at Christ Episcopal Church on Nov. 18th She presented to the church a painting of the New River Gorge Bridge. The choir is seen performing an anthem and the Children's are seen playing handbells to "How Great Thou Art."

109 Pictures and a brief river scene of the Plant are shown in this 11 minute program. Many of the pictures are identified as "return to Lila Edman- Rivesville." Apparently, the photographer was Josie Dalton. Pictures were apparently collected and put on cd by David Bledsoe of Rivesville. And the cds were given to TV19 by Kip Price, a former employee of the Plant. Program dedicated to Harry Grubb.

The Greater Fairmont Council of Churches celebrated their year with a dinner on Nov. 16, 2012 at Knights of Columbus Building. Special speaker was WV Senator Roman Prezioso. He spoke of the strong relationship between faith, politics, and civic life, as reflected in the writings and actions of such heroes as Thomas Jefferson, George Washington and John Adams. Rev. Jeff Allen, Executive Director of the WV Council of Churches, spoke on the issue of justice and faith and the new initiative of the "Common Good" in Faith and Life. The ten top achievements of our Council were highlighted:  Church League Basketball, (2) Bi Weekly Prayers for City Council, (3) Weekly prayers for County Commission, (4) 2 Mission Trips Yearly, (5) Special Worship Services ( 9-11 and Easter Sunrise Service), (6) Weekly worship at John Manchin Health Center, (7) Christmas Toy Shop Supporter, (8) United Way Supporter Campaign, (9) TV19, and (10) Supporter of Individual Church efforts to provide for the common good. Finally new officers were installed that included Rev. Dr. Mike Richards, Moderator; John McKenney, Vice President; Don Downs, Treasurer, and D.D. Meighen, Secretary.

Jesse M. Richie hired as full time Deputy Sheriff.  Raymond Morgan was re-appointed on the board of the Fairmont-Marion County Transit Authority. Request for funds was received from the Feast of the Seven Fishes Festival. Bids were opened for new 9-11 Emergency Building at the Call Center.

Regional Minister Thad Allen installs Johanna and Jeff Carpenter leads in the congregational response.

A special section is the dedication to the Farmington Mine Disaster where past pictures are revealed for the first time.
